I feel there is power in sharing our stories.
My personal and professional experiences have led me to systemic view of whole-body health, meaning that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are deeply intertwined. With this focus, I seek to help individuals of all ages engage how this is at play in their individual lives. Considering the uniqueness of each individual, I seek to have a client centered approach using integrative tools that best fit the beliefs, goals, and lifestyles of each person. I have worked with problems related to anxiety, depression, grief, life-stage transitions, caregiver support, infertility, premarital and couples counseling, and postpartum. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Johnson University. I am a graduate student intern under the supervision of Lisa Jones.
