Lauren has completed a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP accredited program and undergraduate work in Psychology and Child and Family Studies. She is currently seeking licensure in the state of Tennessee for Professional Mental Health Counseling under supervision. She is passionate about empowering clients to step into who they were made to be with confidence in their strengths and abilities. Using a person-centered, attachment based approach, she enjoys working with relational issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, communication issues, boundaries, and more. Her experience includes working in multiple treatment settings as well as community development and agriculture work with HIV+ women, children, and families in Uganda. Lauren enjoys living in beautiful East Tennessee and spending time with her husband and two children.
