It is my belief that a person can implement all the physical health and wellness rituals yet without a healthy mind, still not be fully well. A healthy mind creates space for a more fulfilling life and more stable relationships.
I utilize a strengths-based approach to help my clients develop and build on the tools, skills, and resources they already have. I consider myself to be a relational therapist and believe that developing a sense of trust and safety provides the foundation for healing and growth.
